The location is unique bridging two continents - Europe and Africa, and three countries - Gibraltar, Spain and Morocco. Close by are three marinas - Málaga, Benalmádena and Fuengirola, And from each room, even the bathrooms, the Mediterranean Sea and also the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevada can be seen. Main entrance Every effort has been made to ensure the luxurious details. The property boasts Danish solid wood floors, marble bathrooms, great lighting due to large double-glazed windows and doors. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, a/c and ceiling fans. A spectacular open circular wooden staircase creates a galleried entrance, with stunning views across the bay. There are eight air conditioner units in total. Dining/living room area The well illuminated dining room has seating for 10 and is split level, with steps down to the spacious living room below. There are two sets of French windows - one leading from the living room on to a covered terrace, and the other from the dining room on to an open outdoor dining area. An additional feature is a central fireplace and there is also a home cinema and stereo system which can be programmed to any desired language. A cloakroom is located next to the living room. Southeast facing master bedroom Located on the top floor. A huge double bedroom with king size bed, large dressing room and bathroom en-suite with a wraparound terrace overlooking the med coastline from Málaga to Fuengirola. Southwest facing bedroom A second south west facing huge bedroom on the top floor with 1.20mts twin beds, an en-suite bathroom and its own very large terrace also with stunning views and sheltered seating area. Central courtyard (Andalusian patio) This outdoor relaxing tropical courtyard can be accessed from the kitchen and main entrance and provides a cool retreat from the hot summer sun. Fabulous kitchen/breakfast room Very spacious and fully fitted with cherry wood cabinets and granite surfaces with glass sliding doors opening from dining area to one of the many south facing terraces and on the other side to the indoor courtyard. Seats eight people comfortably and for additional seating there is a central island and a bbq terrace off the kitchen which is ideal for al fresco dining. Next to the garden there is a storage room with beach games and access to a changing room with a refrigerator. Access to a covered garage with space for up to three cars and a laundry room adjoining the kitchen. Guest access There is a guest house that has an individual entrance from the street. This guest house is ONLY accessible from the main property when supplementary beds are needed as it hosts up to 3 people. (in this case, there is an extra charge for the booking of the guest house). Therefore , the whole property can host up to 11 people + 1 baby sleeping on a crib. The access is available on all the property except the garden on the east side and back of the house which is padlocked. There is a room next to the kitchen which is locked and another room at the top of the house also locked which is used as the owner's storage room.
