There is common pool and you have direct acess to go down to the sea for a nice swim The studio is located on the top floor of this nice apartment complex, The studio has a confortable king size bed looking to the sea, a small sofa, american kitchen and a nice terrace overlooking the ocean. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet. The sink is in the room. The village Port Andratx offers excellent restaurants and everything you need. Rent a car and drive around the island and come back to this quiet and nice place to relax. The closest beach is Camp de Mar which is 15 minutes drive from the house. The airport is 25km away and the impressive historical city of Palma de Mallorca only 20 km.
