In the morning enjoy your coffee on the edge of the woods in our cozy 3-season porch. In the afternoon grab an iced tea, pick a swing or rocking chair on the front porch and watch the kids play in the cul-de-sac. When evening comes, fire up the pellet grill and relax on the back covered deck watching the sunset. Sleeping arrangements: -1st floor Master bedroom: Queen bed -2nd floor East bedroom: King bed -2nd floor West bedroom: twin trundle bed and a pack 'n play available for small children. Please let us know if you need us to set up the pack 'n play before your arrival. -Basement: (1) single twin ottoman pull out bed and (1) queen pull out sleeper sofa Amenities: - (3) smart TVs over 55" with cable - Alexa enabled Sonos sound bar in the living room and basement. - (2) ovens, electric cooktop, (2) fridges (1st floor and basement), under counter microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, french press, toaster, air fryer, & Vitamix - Washer & Dryer, Iron & Ironing board - (2) thermostats, 1st floor and 2nd floor can be set at different temperatures for utmost comfort - Keyless entry with digital lockset (code provided) - Yoder pellet grill available on back deck - Outdoor fire pit with firewood - Let us know if you need coolers, lawn chairs or other items that you weren't able to bring on your trip. Guest access Guests have nearly full access to the property (2 acres) and over 3500 sq. ft. home. They have full use and parking in the driveway and (or) the cul-de-sac if needed. The areas not accessible for guests are the, detached workshop, and basement storage room.
