The space The apartment (68 sqm) is located in the green district of Bochum-Gerthe and has good and fast transport links to the lively city of Bochum, the modern shopping center "Ruhrpark" and the trendy nightlife district "Bermuda Triangle". Adjacent cities such as Essen with the World Heritage Zeche Zollverein and the Messe Essen, but also other industrial, art and cultural sites (Starlight Express, German Mining Museum, Schauspielhaus Bochum, Anneliese Brost Musikforum, Gasometer Oberhausen, Musical Tarzan, German Football Museum Dortmund and many others) of the Ruhr area are easily accessible. In the district there are shops and various restaurants within walking distance. The apartment offers everything needed for a short trip or even a longer stay.
