Cozy older home in the bucolic hamlet of St. James , near Stony Brook University /Hospital, 30 minutes to Port Jefferson harbor and the ferry to Bridgeport ,Conn.. my home is archtectually a Victorian Cottage style home built in the 1880's > updated with all the modern conveniences . guests have the full use of a large eat in kitchen and laundry room I live in the home and will usually be available for conversation,questions,sights to see,etc every morning 8-10am. my home is in a safe residential area of St.James,Long Island. Walking distance to the St.James Railroad Station (15 minute walk), shopping for groceries and restaurants. Parking is on the property - Uba/ Lyft is available to guests. SUNY S.B.U. and Hospital , Stony Brook Harbor, S.B. shopping greens/ restaurants, Port Jefferson Harbor / quaint Port Jefferson town.
