Cozy older home in the bucolic hamlet of St. James , near Stony Brook University /Hospital, 30 minutes to Port Jefferson harbor and the ferry to Bridgeport ,Conn.. The space my home is archtectually a Victorian Cottage style home built in the 1880's > updated with all the modern conveniences . Guest access guests have the full use of a large eat in kitchen and laundry room During your stay I live in the home and will usually be available for conversation,questions,sights to see,etc every morning 8-10am. Other things to note SUNY S.B.U. and Hospital , Stony Brook Harbor, S.B. shopping greens/ restaurants, Port Jefferson Harbor / quaint Port Jefferson town.
