The space Villa Giunone is your new Sicilian house at the sea! Villa Giunone is independent, and is not shared with other guests! The villa has been recently renovated and is equipped with all the comforts to spend a comfortable vacation. In fact, you'll feel like you're at home! The villa consists of: 1 double bedroom; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (or a double); a full bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer; a living room-kitchen with 1 sofa bed (1 single + 1 single extractable); a private kitchen and complete with all accessories (microwave, refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, gas hob 4 burners); an outdoor covered veranda with outdoor furniture (table and chairs for 6 people); a private garden of about 150sqm completely fenced, a two-seater swing, a masonry barbecue and there is also an outdoor shower (ideal for when returning from the sea). In the house you can find air conditioning, a washing machine and an ironing board. Parking is on our property. In fact, Case Vacanze Mare Nostrum is the only residence in the area with the pool in front of the beach and direct access to the sea with our private entrance (about 100 meters away). [PRIVATE PARKING INSIDE] For your car or motorcycle, we have a parking inside our residence (max 2 cars per house). All the external areas of the structure are video-surveillance for security reasons. [OUR AREA] Our area is well stocked with all amenities. In fact, within 2km you can find: large supermarkets (Conad, Ard, Todis, MD), restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pubs, bakeries, beaches with equipped beach and the aquapark. Our location is strategic, in fact you can reach and visit the most famous tourist resorts in Sicily in a short time. It would not be the same if I chose another area.
