The property is set out over 2 levels. The ground floor consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with timber flooring, a main bedroom with ceiling sweep fan, ensuite with shower and toilet, and a beautiful deck area that complements and extends out from the living area where you can enjoy your BBQ in the tranquility of a bush setting. You will also find a modern, well-equipped laundry on this level as well. The lower ground level features 2 large bedrooms (one with its own large timber decked area) and a second living area featuring polished concrete flooring that flows into the bedrooms.
