Healthy Sea Salt Air! The Ocean view house offers 3 floors of high standard comfort in the midst of Anchor's wave, near Taghazout, making it an ideal stay for surfers an like minded people who appreciate beauty and comfort. Dar Anarouz is a new house which is built in Moroccan style architecture. It is in full compliance with the environment, the construction relies on purely ecological materials, with local stones and wood as essential elements. Decorated with tadelakt and hand made tiles. The space The house has 3 levels of 60m2, which is a total of 180 m2 of living space. The ground floor consists of 2 private bedrooms. 1 Room with a long queen size bed ( 1,60x 2,20m), and a balcony with ocean views. Wake up to the waves! 1 Ensuite bedroom with along regular with double bed (1,50x2,20m), with its own privat full bathroom including hot shower, make up mirror, one sink and a toilet. There also is a balcony overlooking Taghazout bay (and of course surf spot Hashpoint). In the middle of the ground floor a sofa bed ( 1,40x2,00m) is placed in the small salon, again with views to the ocean. For convenience the floor includes another full bathrooms with hot shower, make up mirror, one sink and toilet. At the 1st floor you will find an open space Moroccan salon with a natural feel and touch. It has 3 large sofa's, a 42" flatscreen, a large gorgeous fire place and a large dinging table. Have you seen the pictures of the kitchen yet? It is the most complete kitchen in the area. It is fully equipped with all modern appliances, beautifully built in the wooden and marble surfaces. At the top you'll find the furnished roof terrace with a pergola, 2 hammocks, 2 sun beds ( solarium ), small kitchen in the open sky to organise your barbecue, and a bathroom composed of an outdoor shower and toilet. There also is a washing machine The terrace is overlooking world famous surf spot 'Anchor Point' on the right and Taghazout on the left. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean you have the stunning Mountains in the back. This is the most comfortable terrace to relax in the open sky in the comfort of your own private space. The house has the meaning 'Hope' in Berbere and is created by the last local family living at Anchor's Point who want to share the beauty and life style of Madraba living with others.
