The 100 m² 1950s house, renovated in 2016, is ideally located in the quiet area of Foncillon. The latter can accommodate 6 people and has 3 bedrooms. The house consists of a ground floor, a basement and a first floor. The space The entrance will lead you to the beautiful dining room where you can enjoy your meals on a large wooden table, this room extends to the living room where the TV and a sofa are located. Also on the ground floor, a separate toilet, a fully equipped independent kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, coffee maker + Nespresso machine, dishwasher) overlooking a 200 m² enclosed garden. You can enjoy it to eat your meals. Garden furniture is available as well as two deckchairs and a small electric barbecue. In the basement, a first bedroom (a separate entrance for your teenagers) with a 140 cm bed and a sink. Warning: No window. Door with small glazed tiles. Upstairs; 2 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and a single bathroom with shower and toilet. A terrace is accessible from one of the two bedrooms. Outside, a beach return is available to get rid of the sand after a day at the beach. The courtyard in front of the house can accommodate a car. Free street parking and surrounding streets. The house provides: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, beach games. Smoking is not allowed in the house and pets are not allowed Linen is not included in the price but can be provided and beds made according to your request. Duvets and pillows are at your disposal. Beach and/or pool towels available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams). The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. To reach Foncillon beach, it's a 2-minute walk. Two blocks from the house, you will find the bakery, pharmacy, grocery store and a children's park. The port is a 2-minute walk away and the shops are a 4-minute walk away.
