At the Assisi Ford

Casale Al Guado di Assisi is an ancient convent transformed into a charming stone farmhouse, located in the picturesque Umbrian countryside at the foot of Assisi, along the Tescio river and adjacent to the green path. The property offers a guest room in a B&B, surrounded by a lush garden with flowers and aromatic plants, including fragrant lavender. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool and private outdoor parking. The space The renovated stone house is located in the countryside, surrounded by nature and with small pets, including cats and a dog. It is equipped with the essential services both in the room and in the bathroom, very simple. Some rooms offer direct external access to the garden, while others are on the upper floor with a terrace, guaranteeing independence for each. Guests can relax in the garden, under the porch, sunbathe and enjoy the pool, with sun loungers and deckchairs available in summer. The surrounding area, characterized by tranquility and green paths, is ideal for walking, jogging and cycling, with paths that lead to the Forest of San Francesco and the Basilica of the Saint in Assisi. There is a children's play area. Please note the presence of pets, which is important for those who may be allergic, and consider this before booking. Guest access Our guests can move freely around the garden, pool, and parking lot. Those who reserve the outer rooms on the upper floor have exclusive access to the terrace. Everyone can access the porch in front of the pool and have the opportunity to meet our cats and our dog. During your stay We are available to our guests for any eventuality, offering advice, help, practical suggestions and tourist information in a discreet and non-invasive manner. Other things to note The property is spartan and simple, not luxurious, with essential amenities, in the Umbrian spirit of Franciscanism. Breakfast is prepared with organic homemade cakes and jams, eggs, cold cuts and cheeses, toast, fruit juices and more. It is consumed in the living room, but in summer, in agreement with the customers, it can be served outside under the porch. Guests must communicate any food intolerances and allergies in advance. Breakfast hours are usually from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., but are flexible and can be arranged upon arrival. The swimming pool is open from approximately May to October. Guests with allergies are advised to consider that the B&B is located in the countryside, in contact with nature, and there are cats. The staff is always available to answer and provide information.
