Free Internet The space Our beautiful 65 square meter apartment with oak floor is located in a two storey building (ground floor, first floor, roof terrace). The house is a small building with just 2 apartments and a storage space downstairs. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and a large living room with fully equipped, integrated kitchen. The apartment is bright and cozy and is ideal for 2 people but can exceptionally be used by up to 3 people. The kitchen is well equipped and is also suitable for larger-scale preparations. Cooking is done on an induction hob, dishwasher and microwave are available as well as coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The modern bathroom also has a bathtub. Two air conditioners provide a pleasant coolness in the summer, and the central heating provides warm temperatures in winter, although you'll probably not need it. The washer and the dryer are upstairs near the roof terrace. The roof terrace with wooden decking provides a wide, flat area for sunbathing and relaxing. A Weber grill, a large table and chairs invite to have lunch there or to chill in the evening. The roof terrace is only occasionally used by the neighbors. The apartment is located in the heart of the former village Sarria, a village in which the Catalan bourgeoisie had her summer residences and was integrated into Barcelona only in the 20s of the last century. The typical village character of this district is still alive. Located in a pedestrianized area, you can explore the city from here, since only 300 meters from here the metro connects to the city center (nearest metro station is Sarrià, at 5 minutes walking, from there 10 minutes to the centre) and numerous buses to other major parts of the city. Located between the prestigious district of Pedralbes (residence of footballers and business leaders and formerly also one of the daughters of the King of Spain) and the bourgeois districts of Sant Gervasi and Tres Torres, Sarria forms the border to the nature reserve and recreation area of the mountains separating Barcelona from the rest of Catalonia (15 minutes on foot). A small restaurant with terrace, recommended by Michelin, is located diagonally opposite; there are numerous cafes and restaurants on the main road nearby, contributing to the popularity of the district.
