The second bedroom includes two king single beds, with both bedrooms offering built-in wardrobes, custom cabinetry and ceiling fans. The open-plan living area includes reverse-cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings, a large smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything needed for easy holiday meals, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and air fryer. There is also a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, plus internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is approximately a 6-minute drive south of the property and Gold Coast Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Reminder Linen is provided & beds will be made up for your arrival. Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
