RENTING PRIVATE ROOM TO WOMEN ONLY. 1 shared bathroom Ideal if you're looking for a getaway in peaceful Enderis Park neighborhood, close by to variety of restaurants, shops - just a short walk, bike or drive to major local attractions. This is a lovingly designed place to relax, soak up some sun on the deck, patio or backyard hammock. .... Be restored. The space there is designated cabinet and fridge space if you'd like to keep some fresh food and do some simple meals here; the bathroom was completely updated recently and has extra deep tub/shower; interior and exterior of home has many nice spots to relax; lots of extra details to help you feel comfortable and nurtured. Guest access besides central air, each room has a small tower fan for circulation and white noise; there are essential oil diffusers available to use; lots of old school stuff: books, movies, cd's, games, coloring and puzzle books; if your stay is longer than 5 days and you need to do laundry, there is washer and dryer in basement During your stay I work part time and have variable hours but I can check texts or vm on breaks. I try to communicate as clearly and promptly as possible. My desire is that your stay here will be just what YOU are looking for - I can appreciate if you're wanting a little solitude and time to rest and re-group. But I'm also happy to chat and share some suggestions for local sights. Other things to note home is located on a corner with quiet side street ideal for parking up to 3 nights (register your plate online or call in to night parking line); if you're staying longer than that, a city night parking permit can be purchased for very modest fee
