A former home of the French ambassador to Finland, it was built in 1740 but acquired its uniquely beautiful Art Nouveau facade in 1910. Sleeping up to 12 guests comfortably, the generous rear reception rooms lead on to a private, secluded garden with stunning mural, BBQ, lounge seating and al fresco dining area. An additional 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single) are available for larger groups. The space The house offers 450 square metres of space for its guests. Featuring high ceilings, intricate plasterwork, marble fireplaces and a sweeping marble staircase, it is an architectural gem. The generous rooms and hallways are testament to its past function as a place for entertaining important dignitaries. Most bedrooms are en suite with access to balcony space. All have air conditioning. The secluded garden is equipped with barbecue and enough dining space for 12-16 people. The internal dining room has enough space for 16 to dine. The interconnecting lounge has plenty of seating, 50" Smart HD TV and bluetooth stereo. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, American style fridge-freezer, range cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and lots of storage space. The layout is as follows: Ground floor: Front reception room with tear drop windows, kitchen, two large rear reception rooms (with dining area), garden. First floor: Two interconnecting bedrooms at the front, each with balcony overlooking the street and soundproofed internal shutters. They share a generous bathroom and changing area. Two large bedrooms to the rear, with en suite bathrooms and access to a large terrace with seating overlooking the garden. Second floor: Two bedrooms to the front, one with balcony. Both have en suite bathrooms and sound proofed internal shutters. A flat to the rear has three extra bedrooms and a bathroom.
