Centrally Located Flagstaff Getaway

Beautifully remodeled 2 bedrm 2 full bathroom home is your perfect Flagstaff retreat. Located minutes walking to the historic downtown as well as hiking/mntn biking and a 20 minute drive to the base of the slopes, explore it all from our cozy home. The space We spent a lot of time making this space comfortable, welcoming and fun. A cozy and warm living space, fully functional and loaded kitchen, many games including darts, a retro video game system and several board games. Wireless internet, SMART TV that has access to netflix, pandora, etc. Additionally, we have created a guest book to help you explore Flagstaff and the surrounding areas with information on local attractions, restaurants and activities. We love Flagstaff and want you to know about not only the popular activities but some of the local favorites! ** Please note, this is a downstairs unit (accessed down a set of stairs from the street level) that is completely separated from the upstairs unit. THERE IS NO ACCESSIBLE CONNECTION BETWEEN UNITS Occasional footsteps from the upstairs unit can be heard so if you are very sensitive to sounds please take this under consideration. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire downstairs dwelling which includes a private deck to enjoy our incredible Flagstaff seasons. For those that have difficulty with stairs, please realize there approximately 10 steps down from street level to access the entrance to the house. Other things to note We know what it is like to travel somewhere and want to feel at home but not spends hundreds of dollars a night doing that. We have tried to make the house warm and welcoming and to accommodate as many people as we think can comfortably share the space. We have a queen bed, two full beds and a full futon (stored in closet) to use allowing a larger group to share in the cost. We would love your feedback to help make this house a place you would recommend to others and want to come back to as well. ** During holidays and peak summer and ski seasons we prefer a minimum of 2 nights if over a weekend.
