Separate bedroom with double bed, complete fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Street side orientation for 2 people. Also in The space Combination with the Wellenspiel apartment can be booked. The Wi-Fi in Warnemünde is not perfect. We can't offer streaming quality. Guest access You will stay in an apartment building of mine. You have your own apartment here, your own apartment with separate access. A baby cot also fits in the bedroom. Other things to note The aforementioned prices are calculated for a stay of up to 2 people and 7 seven nights incl. final cleaning, bed linens, towels.  You are also welcome to stay with us for fewer nights. In this case, we charge a so-called short booking surcharge. We then differentiate between a surcharge of up to 2 nights and/or less than 7 nights. Children up to the age of 6 stay free of charge with parents and grandparents. We have a limited number of parking spaces at the house. If available, these cost 7 euros/night/car. We will also name alternatives on request. The amenities list general things that are are available in the house and not in each individual apartment, which we will gladly provide for your stay: DVD player/DVDs if deposit to be picked up at our office, crib/high chair one-time €7 fee, microwave on request. You can also view and query the prices directly on our website. Special conditions for longer stays on request / VAT can be shown. The tourist tax in Warnemünde is paid per day. From the age of 15, this is €3.70 per day and reduced to €1.45 per day. The discounts apply to children from 6 to 14 year olds and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 50%. Children aged 0 to 5 years and severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of 80% are exempt from the spa tax.
