Au Balenti is a beautifully restored, spacious country farmhouse set within several acres of private gardens and grounds, with a large swimming pool for your exclusive use. Perfect for large families or groups of friends - all within a peaceful village setting with panoramic views of the Pyrenees. The house is full of authentic French character - Antique furniture, inglenook fireplaces and floor-to-ceiling wine barrels in the bar (unfortunately empty!) all add to the unique charm of Au Balenti. The space Inside: Downstairs • Bright, sunny breakfast room with a large fireplace, sofa, and seating for 12+. • Cosy living room with Smart TV including Sky, firestick (Netflix etc) and comfortable sofas. • Games room with table tennis and a darts board, opening onto the rear gardens. • Elegant billiard room with a full-size pool table, leading into the bar with its giant original wine barrels, bar stools, and relaxed seating. • Fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. Upstairs • Five beautifully styled bedrooms: Two king-size rooms, one hat themed room with a standard double and small double plus family room with one king and a double bed, linking to a colourful kids’ twin room. • All bedrooms have en-suite or adjoining bathrooms. • Additional Snug living room with a Smart TV, printer, and comfy seating - a perfect evening spot. Outdoor: • 10m x 5m pool with stunning views of the Pyrenees and a child-friendly design. Wide 6ft steps lead into shallow water (around 2ft deep), with a 16ft submerged bench, perfect for young children or enjoying a drink. The pool gently slopes to a maximum depth of 6ft in the centre and shallows to 4ft at the far end. The pool has a thermal solar blanket keeping the perfect temperature. • Rustic Pool house with a fully equipped summer kitchen, Plancha grill, fridge, shower, changing room, and toilet - perfect for al fresco dining and sunset watching while sipping on a glass of the locally produced wine. • Natural fish pond. • Boulle/petanque, badminton, and bicycles (free to use) for family fun and exploration.
