This beautiful country property immersed in the verdant hills around Florence is an ideal retreat for country lovers. The cottage has a reserved access to a swimming pool and an equipped garden. The space The beautifully converted and restored barn near the house consists of about 100 square metres. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen which leads into a luminous sitting room with fireplace and large windows looking over the view, both rooms lead out onto patios where it is possible to eat surrounded by greenery while admiring the spectacular panorama. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom with shower cabin. Both bedrooms have a view, the larger has a double bed with an additional single bed, the other has two single beds. It is an ideal setting for a family or two couples. Guest access The swimming pool is reserved for guests as is the garden with garden furniture and umbrellas.
