Home in Maple Valley

Beautiful home in a recreational paradise just south of Seattle in beautiful Maple Valley. The home is modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook in. In addition, there is an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Mountain biking and hiking trails are only 50 yards from my front door to Black Diamond Open Space. There are several lakes nearby to play and swim in addition to a beautiful park in the neighborhood. The space You will find my home to be very comfortable! It's large, 3200 sq. feet. You have full access to the large kitchen with dining space for 8. In addition, there is a dining room with a beautiful farm table that seats 10. There are three bedrooms and a bonus room for sleeping. One with two twin beds, one with two floor mattresses and two with queen beds. The bonus room is set up with two floor matress and has a T.V and DVD player with Amazon and Netflix. The bonus room (bedroom 3) does not have a door, but it has a curtain for privacy. The backyard is set up with a fire pit and chairs. Marshmallow sticks available upon request. Wood is not provided but can be purchased at the local Fred Meyer down the road. Guest access The bonus room (bedrrom3) has a t.v. with Netflix, Amazon, DVD.The family room has a t.v. also. There is a living room, dining room and kitchen. Two private bathrooms, one with a shower/tub. I have three rooms in the house that will be locked for owners use only as I live here when I am not traveling. Kitchen is clearly defined with a few cupboards and the pantry labeled "owner" only. As a reminder, I live in the home but rent it out when I am traveling. Please note that there are personal affects such as pictures of family. Other things to note Please note the house rules and information before booking with us. We don't want our guests to be disappointed or inconvenienced so please understand the policies before booking and ensure you are okay with the terms: -There is only room for parking in the driveway. This is a family neighborhood and street parking is not available. Please do not bring an RV. No other guests are to be on the premises unless approved by the owner. Loud noise or parties are not permissible. -I will say this several times throughout my listing. Maple Valley has a working train. The train goes behind the house and runs several times a day. Most people don't have a problem with it, but it's important that you understand this to avoid disappointment. -I live in my home, but travel a lot, so I rent it out when I am out of town. -We have a NO PET POLICY. We love animals but not in our home. I have an outdoor kitty but he does not come in the house. When you are visiting my home, my neighbor uses my garage door opener to crack the garage several times a day so he can go in and out. Please don't be alarmed! -The unit/property is perfect for singles, couples and families. Please note the home is not child-proof and so the space is better for older children. An infant would be fine, but again, the home is not child proof so crawling and walking babies might not be safe with the stairs etc. I do not have a crib or high chair. -Please No Smoking or Vaping anything on the property. This includes pot. Please be willing to respect this request when you make your booking decision. -Booking is for two guests and they can choose the bedroom with a queen bed or the bedroom with two twin beds. Additional guests are $10/night. -We don't offer bottled water. We are environmentally conscious. The water in Maple Valley is rated as "very healthy". -Since I will be sharing this home with you (even if I am not there) part of the fridge will be stocked with my food. There will be designated space for you both in the fridge and in the pantry. -Please be respectful and do your dishes. I purposefully keep the cleaning fee low in order to pass on the savings to you. -You will have a parking space in the driveway. If you need an extra space, please let me know in advance so I can try to accomodate you. -I can store bikes, ATV's etc in my large garage with advance permission. -Please take off shoes before entering the home. -I ask that your profile include a selfie or facial picture, as we want to recognize our guests when they appear on the property. Although we have set two-night minimum, we may consider single-night exceptions and same day bookings on case-by-case queries, Please contact us with these proposals.
