The house is located in the heart of the "Coteaux, Maisons et Caves de Champagne" heritage listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will be close to many places to visit (cellars, museums...). 10 minutes from Épernay, capital of Champagne, 30 minutes from Reims, city of the Coronations and 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris. You will appreciate the comfort of the house, its terrace and its landscaped garden. And access to the jacuzzi from May 1 to September 30 on the terrace. Ideal for couples or families with kids. The space The accommodation is close to the Capital of Champagne, Epernay, in the heart of the Marne Valley. You will appreciate this place for its calm, the surrounding nature, the surrounding vineyards, the serenity of the place and its landscaped garden. It is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). And the premises are particularly suitable for remote working: workspace, Wi-Fi, fiber... Guest access You will be the only ones to have access to the entire house. We live nearby, however, if needed. You can easily park two vehicles on the property for free or benefit from a closed garage (€8 per night to be paid on-site) Other things to note We can offer you breakfast (€12) or a full meal (between €29 and €36) or brunch: we are former restaurateurs! Your house opens onto a 45 m² south-facing wooden terrace, equipped with garden furniture and in summer with a jacuzzi (from May 1 to September 30). The whole thing is set in the middle of a landscaped garden reserved for you, and a vegetable garden where you can even go and pick some herbs and vegetables.
