Black pearl apartment is situated in the residential area of Split near beautiful beach Žnjan. Bright and spacious 80m2 , fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment with 40m2 terrace and beautiful view. It's a brand new apartment and all the furniture is new, modern and very comfortable. Black pearl apartment will provide your family and friends everything you need to spend perfect holiday. Free parking is available near building. Just 5-6 min walk to the beach Žnjan, nearest bus stop 3min. The space My apartment is nice and spacious. It consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room, a hallway connecting the part with the rooms and the living room, and three beautiful rooms with double beds. There is one toilet and one bathroom in the accommodation. On the south side of the apartment there is a large terrace with a large table with chairs, a small table with 4 seats and a jacuzzi for 4-5 people. The terrace is sunny all day from sunrise to sunset. Guest access You will have the whole apartment at your disposal. This is the only apartment on this floor. There are three sunny badrooms with extra comfortable bads, each for two persons. There is a big bathroom with shover cabin, and ther is also a smaller toilet. The living room is like "magazine front page" equipped with big screen 55'' (140 centimeters) UHD TV (cable TV). There are two comfortable three-seaters facing each other. In the dining room there is big dining table with 6 nice chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for longer stay. In front of the living room there is a big wooden terrace with a partial sea view. Big table with 6 chairs is under nice arbor. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing and relaxing in the sun. The terrace is also equipped with big jacuzzi (up to 5 person) and swing chairs. The apartment is completely covered by the wifi signal. You just need to come and to enjoy. Other things to note My apartment is NOT available for house or terace parties !! Neighbours live all around and you should behave decently. If you like parties you can go to many nightclubs in Split area or down to Žnjan beach. Remark: Žnjan beach is newly renovated (2025) and currently the most beautiful city beach on Adriatic sea and among nicest city beaches on Mediterranean sea. It has stunning beach, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park, running and cycling roads, walking areas, bars, restaurants, relaxing areas ..... The apartment is just 5-6 minutes away from Žnjan beach on foot. And the road to the apartment is finally asphalted!
