The Superior Apartment is accessed from the communal hallway of the building. Guests enter into the private hallway. From the hallway, guests can access the lounge and bedroom. The bedroom, of this modern one-bedroom apartment, has the added benefit of an ensuite shower room with a basin. The large kitchen/living area of the apartment has the added benefit of a separate dining table and large sofa. The kitchen leads to the best feature of this apartment - a quirky bathroom. This bathroom is accessed through a small door and boasts a feature bath, perfect for relaxing in after a long day. Each apartment in Laurel House benefits from a Smart HDTV, workspace with convenient sockets, free wifi, washing/drying machine and warm lighting. The large bedrooms benefit from comfortable double beds, Egyptian cotton linen, blackout curtains and bluetooth speaker sockets. The kitchens in each apartment are equipped with a kettle, toaster, cooking appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Each bathroom is equipped with high pressured power showers and movement sensor lighting. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, breakfast cereals, milk and mini toiletries are also supplied as part of a welcome pack to all new arrivals. There is on-site parking for one vehicle - free of charge, at request. The property also boasts a communal private porch with seating for all guests to enjoy during the warmer months! Other things to note Photo IDs for all adults (18 and over) (driving license or passport) is required to be sent to the host prior to check in.
