Quiet and relaxing view guaranteed. 180° sea view from the terrace and veranda where meals can be taken all year round. 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 1 double bed. Large garden. Beach and coastal path accessible from the garden. Ideally located for walks and fishing. The space House of about 100 m² on 2 levels. Wooded garden of more than 1000 m². The accommodation consists of: Ground floor: entrance, equipped kitchen, double living room (table for 8 people, TV, sofa), veranda (table for 8 people), toilet, terrace (table for 8 people). Second floor: landing, bathroom with a shower tub and toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160) and 2 single beds). Equipped with Fiber. Downtown and Port de Houle are a 5-minute drive away. And within walking distance via the Chemin des Douaniers or the beach. The kitchen is equipped with a range, microwave and the necessary equipment for cooking and eating shellfish. A crêpe party and raclette grill are at your disposal. Baby/child equipment: high chair, folding crib with mattress, baby bath, cutlery, plate, bowls and glasses. Young children should not be left unattended on the stairs and landing. 3 adult and 1 child (9-12 years old) bikes are available (as well as the pump and 2 locks). Each bed is equipped with a double duvet (single duvet for summer and additional duvet for winter) (240*260 for double beds, 140*200 for single beds) as well as 2 pillows per person. New in 2023: linens are included (bath mats, bath towels, dish towels). Cleaning is included in the reservation. However, end-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as taking out the garbage and cleaning/storing dishes. Guest access Wondering why there are 2 listings? In low season, it is possible to rent the house partially (without the family room on the ground floor and without the laundry room). Don't worry, the other part of the house is not rented. No other tenants. You have the entire place to yourself except the basement. Other things to note We work with a concierge. Check-in and checkout times will be set with them a few days before your arrival (checkout before 10:00 a.m. and check-in from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). Please note that Sunday hours are more restricted (checkout before 10:00 a.m. and check-in from 6:00 p.m.). Our Concierge can pick you up at a train station, take you to the house, fill the fridge before your arrival, find you a babysitter... Don't hesitate to ask them. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used. Cancellation policy Of course, the cancellation policy will be more flexible in the event of COVID-related restrictions.
