The space Seabreeze occupies a spectacular position with an outlook that showcases a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales. Not to mention magnificent cloud effects, sunrises and sunsets. Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit. The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sun-deck and view. With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cozy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer. All the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely stroll, including: 2 beautiful beaches, tennis courts, paddle and pickleball courts, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, cafe etc. Linen is provided, as are free Wi Fi, EV charging, Netflix, Barbeque etc. CHILDREN: Unfortunately, due to its location on the edge of a steep drop, Seabreeze is not suitable for children under 11 years. PETS: Dogs are welcome so long as: they are house-trained, small to medium, quiet, they don't drop hair, and they are not left unattended on the property. If in doubt please check with the owner.
