Come enjoy this beautiful Chalet in the heart of the ski resort of Serre-Chevalier. Located route de Chirouze, you are only 850m from the Avaret slopes. Prime location to enjoy your stay. It is composed of 3 bedrooms with their bathrooms. Chalet Ours is completely new, it offers a neat and modern decoration, as well as high-end equipment. The space The Chalet Ours has on the ground floor a living room with two sofas, a bench, a large curved TV, a fully equipped open kitchen and a central island. Take advantage of the large outdoor terrace to sunbathe and, why not, organize some barbecuing. Upstairs, you will find the two master suites with premium bedding (queen size beds: 160X200). Each suite has a bathroom with sink, shower, towels (2 per person), bath mat and washcloth. Also on the first floor, you can put your suitcases in the storage space dedicated to. In the basement, a changing room for ski clothes, a toilet, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and a queen size bed (160x200) as well as its bathroom with a double sink. This room also has a large dressing with multiple shelves. This chalet is heated by the floor in the living room/kitchen, as well as the common areas in the basement. The other rooms are heated with electric radiators. Two large parking spaces are available in front of the chalet. This Chalet offers excellent comfort for 8 people, in the absolute calm, in the heart of the resort. You will also find a welcome kit including 2 sponges, dishwashing liquid, 1 cloth for the table, 2 dishwasher pods, garbage bags, and toilet papers. Kitchen towels will also be available. Guest access The whole chalet is on you own. No parts or equipment are shared. Other things to note COVID-19 - For your reassurance, I confirm that we have our Chalet professionally cleaned and our towels and linens are professionally dry cleaned. We will also leave some cleaning products if you want to disinfect anything during your stay.
