With very modern facilities, nice furniture, a host of amenities and nice quality bedding we are sure you will enjoy a very comfortable stay The living room has new furniture and a new NetFlix enabled TV. It has seating for four, though we have another very comfortable and lightweight armchair in the single bedroom that can be taken into the living room if required A second peaceful seating area has been created at the open plan kitchen dining area and has a bookcase available with complimentary books and useful items Bedrooms - 1 x Queen Bed - 1 x Double Bed - 1 x Single Bed - Quality bedding that is changed between guests - Extra bedding supplied if required - Hangars, hanging space and drawers in all bedrooms Modern bathroom with a bath and in-bath shower with glass shower screen. Lots of freshly laundered towels available for everyone as well as a freshly laundered bathmat Hairdryer and body / hair wash provided. The toilet is separate from the bathroom Modern kitchen dining area with full kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and many utensils Laundry area with new washing machine and complimentary detergent and conditioner, portable vacuum, brushes, mop etc as well as spare toilet rolls Large front garden driveway area that will comfortably hold three cars. We have put nice quality items into the property to ensure you are comfortable and refreshed. Other things to note This is a nice area with friendly neighbours. We would ask that you have a great time and perhaps enjoy a BBQ or socialising with some music, chat and laughter but to please be respectful to the neighbours. If you smoke please only do so outside. There are two bins at the property. One has a green lid and is for general waste and the other a yellow lid for recycling.
