The large functional ensuite has a decadent spa bath with views directly to Cape Byron Lighthouse. In addition to the large bedroom and ensuite there is a big walk in robe space which has a kettle and bar fridge plus loads of storage space. There is a discreet washing line for your personal use on the verandah. Please be reminded this is hotel style facilities only so limited food preparation (only a bathroom sink). There is a shared laundry on the ground floor with dryer, ironing board, iron and washing machine. There is one parking space for you on the driveway which is a great benefit in central Byron Bay! Accomodation sizes: 37m2 Internal 10m2 External The iconic Top Shop Cafe is 270m down the street where you will find amazing coffee, great food and a genuine Byron Bay surf vibe. Clark's Beach is 950m away or you can use the sandy bush track opposite the house to Tallows Beach which is 850m. Enjoy the wallabies and sounds of nature on the way. The Pass surf beach (great for kids and beginners) is a 4 minute drive or 20 minute walk. Wategoe's, Main Beach and Belongil are also within easy reach too. Run or walk to the lighthouse via several different tracks and routes. Always beautiful! When you are ready to adventure into town for some live music, a great meal or just a people watch you can walk the 1.3km in under 15 minutes. Guest access We will always be close by to assist with all your needs. You will have private keyless entry to your apartment. Please note the apartment is one of 4 apartments on the property. You will enjoy privacy with little or no guest interaction. The only shared space is the laundry. You have an allocated parking bay for 1 car. Other things to note Group restrictions - All adult guests must be over the age of 25. No groups of guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents. House guests only, visitors are not allowed to enter the property under any circumstances unless written permission is given by East Coast Escapes. A Security Deposit will be required. Strict no party policy or excessive noise policy - fees and eviction will apply for security call-outs (in response to The Quiet Hotline security service) No Bucks/Hens parties or 'Schoolie'/School leaver groups permitted. No group bookings for adults that we deem under our discretion as unsuitable. If you are unsure you must request permission for your group as cancellations may apply We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions without penalty.
