Cleaning service every 3 weeks (for long term stays). The street is very quiet residential with lots of trees. Guests share a common entrance only for my guests. A patio overlooks wooded yard. Guests in the Cat & Beach theme rooms share a bathroom and all three rooms share the deck by the front entrance. Very comfy double bed with high mattress and box spring. Antique dresser, recliner chair and bathroom directly across hall. Foldable desk and chair. Carpeted, extra blankets and towel provided. Room is upstairs with a picture of the room on the door. Black out curtains (the sun is directly on window in summer) Paper towel roll and and spray cleaner. Bath Towel provided vaccuum in hall for cleanups Hair dryer, iron and ironing board in bathroom closet. Guests use front door with combo lock (I use garage entrance) Laundry is $7 per load - as the laundry room is accessed through my bed room, please let me know a day in advance what time you wish to do laundry. Deck by front door, for smoking, reading or just enjoying the fresh pine smell, birds and chipmunks. I am home a lot! I won’t get in your way but if you need me I’m rarely far away It is a 1970's development with no home owners association. It is very quiet and safe. I am near a dead end and cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic. Many guests have described it as peaceful. There is no public transportation but Uber to Decatur is pretty reasonable. There is plently of parking space on the dead end. I am a pretty private person, who lives most of my life outdoors in my back yard. I will not get in your way or be overly chatty. But I respond quickly to messages through the airBNB app and will do what I can to meet your needs. Garbage bin is by garage door as you enter the front walkway You can come and go at any time just be quiet for other guests Parking is on the street beside the driveway.
