IT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR, and there is a staircase to climb. There are differences in height inside: a step to access the bedroom, and a step to access the bathroom. Upon arrival, you can easily unload your luggage and leave your car in the courtyard, which is closed by an automatic gate and an electric gate for pedestrians. The equipment room is located on the ground floor. AT CHECK-IN, you will be welcomed for the handover of the keys, and you will be asked for your identity documents to carry out the mandatory procedure of the "Accommodated" police station. You will be provided with all the information and directions you need for your stay. Living in the immediate vicinity, we will always be available if you need us, in case of need. Other things to note The apartment can accommodate no more than 4 people. The only exception: a camping cot can be added for a child aged 0–4 years. Prices are set based on the number of guests. If, during your stay, you would like to have friends/relatives visit who were not mentioned at the time of booking, you must kindly and compulsorily let us know.
