We’re excited to host you 🫶🏼 The space This generously appointed residence is situated in Louisville’s historic and quickly evolving, Butchertown neighborhood, the city’s original meatpacking district, with butcher shops dominating the area. The first homes in this enclave were built in the 1820s. Historic and modern elements are captured in this comfortable and finely-restored 100-year-old residence. This private suite features original wooden floors, and is decorated with local artwork, as well as one queen sized bed, with memory foam mattress. A well-appointed bathroom features tiled floors and a beautiful shower with glass doors. Mini fridge and microwave available, though freezer and access to ice is unavailable. Laundry facilities are on-site for guest use. Parking on-site, and street parking on both sides throughout the week. The first floor street front has a commercial office space, and the street is very not too busy after hours. Other units in this building can be rented out together to create larger spaces to accommodate more people. Please inquire if interested. Guests have access to their private suite 24/7 via electronic key locks on the doors. We will send instructions for access the night before your arrival. Laundry facilities are available on site and can be accessed anytime. Parking is available in an attached lot and can accommodate 5 vehicles.
