16th century equestrian farm on the Grand Site des 2 Caps, with several accommodations, wellness area (Nordic bath, sauna), kota grill, horse rental, beaches 5 min away, dogs welcome and bread delivered every morning 🌿🐴🌊 The space 🍏 "La Pommeraie" Gîte – charm and comfort in the heart of the 16th century equestrian farm La Pommeraie is a gîte adjoining the other accommodations of the 16th-century farmhouse, which includes 4 gîtes in total. This charming place combines authenticity, comfort and tranquility, just minutes from the beaches of the Grand Site des 2 Caps. 🌿 Exterior Enjoy a private enclosed garden with barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor dining. 🏡 Ground floor Bright living room with sitting area (sofa, HD TV, DVD player + movies, PlayStation 2 with games). Equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, pressure cooker, raclette/fondue machine, grill, toaster and blender. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. 🛏️ Floor 1 bedroom with double bed (160 cm), folding baby bed, high chair and baby bath. 1 bedroom with two single beds. 🧺 Practical amenities Shared washing machine, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi. French TV channels. Blankets, pillows provided + duvet for the double bed. Pets allowed🐶: 1 dog free, €5/night for the second. 💆‍♀️ Wellness & relaxation options Private wellness area with Nordic jet bath and sauna (by reservation). Scandinavian grill kota (chalet with central barbecue) available for rent for an original and friendly evening. 🥐 Bread delivery The local baker delivers every morning to order (all the information is in the welcome binder). ➡️ Indicate the name of the cottage and your order, then leave the change in an envelope at the doorstep of the group cottage. 🔥 Scandinavian Kota grill For an atypical meal, book the kota grill (Finnish chalet) for a friendly lunch or evening. Menus of your choice: Grills, Fish or meat, Cheese menu 🧀 👉 Reservation required (the baker can also deliver the bread the day before). 💆‍♀️ Wellness area Enjoy a relaxing moment in our private wellness area, with a Nordic jet bath and sauna – by reservation only. 🐴 Equestrian farm & animals You can bring your horses to stay, or take advantage of our two horses available for rent to walk the children around the farm, with sea views as a bonus! Every morning, I feed the animals — the children can come and help me, a real moment of sharing and discovery 🐮🐐🐔 Guest access the cottage is yours only enclosed garden with terrace and barbecue Access to the La Pommeraie or La Roseraie gîtes in Warincthun 📍 GPS address: Gîtes et Camping de Warincthun A16 highway, exit 36 – Marquise At the roundabout, follow Audinghen / Cap Gris-Nez (D191) At the top of the road, continue towards Audinghen (D191) Then turn right towards Warincthun Drive about 1 km: the farm is on your right, with a sign "Gîtes, Camping et Centre Équestre" Following the sign "Gîtes – Camping", go down the small path between the pastures 🐴: then you turn left before the first house and you go along the nature the parking lot is there and the La Roseraie gîte is on the right in the alley with hedges and the La Pommeraie on the left If you go straight, you will arrive directly in the farmyard. 👉 The group cottage is on the left, the relais in the middle on the wooden terrace. 👉 The reception is on the right, in the corner of the building (Welcome sign). Other things to note 🧺 Things to know for your stay 🧽 Products provided The cottage is equipped with household products, sponge, bath mat and a tea towel for your comfort on arrival. 🥐 Bread delivery The local baker delivers fresh bread every morning (except on closing days). All information and contact details are indicated in the welcome binder. 💆‍♀️ Wellness area (optional fee) By prior arrangement, enjoy a relaxing time in our Nordic jet bath and private sauna. ⚠️ The Nordic bath requires a water heating time, remember to book in advance. 🔥 Kota grill – unusual meal A Finnish chalet with central barbecue is available for your original meals. 👉 For groups of less than 6 people, just bring your own food. (Possibility of menus on request for groups of 6 people or more.)
