Stroll to the beach front or simply soak up summer relaxing on the decks. The space At Pearlie Getaway, the tree views are stunning from the light filled living spaces upstairs. From the front door, take the stairs to access the kitchen, lounge and dining as well as the front and rear decks. The large entertainers kitchen flows onto the dining room and two lounge spaces which are separated by a double sided fire place and daybed. This is open plan living at its best. Also upstairs is the Master Bedroom 1: king bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Freestanding bath, double sink and double shower. The rest of the bedrooms are downstairs. Bedroom 2: queen bedroom with a shower room ensuite. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds Bedroom 4: 2 single beds Bedroom 5: queen bedroom The main bathroom is downstairs with toilet, shower and spa bath. Nearby is the laundry with a sink and washing machine. Outside in the rear backyard is a kids cubby house, fire pit and grass lawn. Games, puzzles and cards are located in lounge cupboards. Plenty of books on the shelves for holiday reading. Wifi, Netflix, TV, Xbox, DVD Guest access Entire house is yours to use as your own holiday home. Linen and bath towels provided. Basic shower supplies are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Silicone and wood cooking utensils are provided to protect our pans from being scratched. Kitchen Aid coffee machine is located in the kitchen and a small number of coffee pods are provided. It takes Nespresso compatible pods and the coffee lover of your group may wish to bring extra. Garage, backyard studio are inaccessible. The studio kitchen (attached to downstairs ensuite room) is not to be accessed with Pearlie Getaway stays. A note is placed on the door to stop entry. Other things to note Pearlie Getaway is available for a 2 night minimum stay with exception some peak periods over Christmas and New Year. We are always making small changes to Pearlie Getaway as we continue to improve our guest experience. Photos will be updated from time to time. Pearlie Getaway is primarily set up for guest but we do keep personal items in cupboards of the home. Extra guests and large groups: We love our guests to have fun but Pearlie Getaway is not a "party house". It sleeps 10 guests. 7 guests are included in initial pricing and additional guests are charged $30 per person/ per night. Baby /toddler in cot beds do not count in this total. We do not allow guests people sleeping on couches or floors. Any bookings found to have additional guests will be deemed to have broken our HOUSE RULES. Should this occur, we will: *Notify Airbnb, seek advice and cancel your booking *Evict guests *Charge additional guest fees and cleaning *Charge addition for any damage caused Pearl Beach is a quiet neighbourhood, and we request our guests be respectful of noise after dark. We live local and our neighbours are our friends so hopefully that speel will be enough deter loud "party" bookings.
