Our house is an old house of boatmen, renovated and tastefully decorated. It is located in a charming village in the Loire Valley, 15 km from Saumur, 30 km from Angers. This is a large house of about 85 m2, with 2 double bedrooms and all the comforts. It is surrounded by a large, quiet enclosed garden. In front of the house is a patio covered with vines where it's nice to have lunch in the shade. The orchard behind the house offers its flowers and fruits. The space The house is on one level, with a fully equipped kitchen as well as all other amenities for a relaxing stay. All linens are provided and washed and disinfected after each stay. The cleaning fee includes house and laundry cleaning. The garden is enclosed, with garden furniture, and sun loungers. Private parking in front of the house. Guest access The entire house and garden are available for guest use. Other things to note Located 200 m from the Loire, it is possible to go hiking and cycling, as well as fishing and water activities. There are many tourist sites nearby: castles, troglodytes, small towns of character, museums, vineyards and various festivals throughout the year.
