Guest house in Durango

Newly constructed, detached one bedroom, one bath casita on shared 3 acres just 10 minutes outside historic Durango, CO. The casita is 30 minutes from Mesa Verde National Park, 45 mins to Purgatory Resort with a slew of summer and fall activities and skiing in the winter, 10 minutes from Lake Nighthorse and the historic Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, and just minutes away from exceptional hiking, fishing, mountain biking. The space The casita has a queen bed with large flat screen and free wifi. There is one bathroom with a shower and a small porch for you to enjoy the cooler nights and mornings. There is no air conditioning, but the room has an overhead fan and an extra window fan to keep you cool. In the winter, there is a heater to keep you nice and toasty. Extra linens, pillows, and blankets will be in the casita for your use. Please note: there is no kitchen--though there is a small refrigerator and microwave. There are no dishes, but there is a hot water kettle, 2 mugs, and tea for guests in the casita. Guest access Guests are welcome to roam the property as long as they are okay interacting with dogs and kids :) Other things to note We live next door with our 3 kids and 3 dogs. Our dogs are friendly, but we will keep them out of your way, and our children know to let our guests enjoy a quiet stay.
