All 3 bedrooms have aircon and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has 2 double beds, an ensuite bathroom and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. There are 2 single beds in the 3rd bedroom. Linen, towels and basic toiletries are provided for 7 guests. Downstairs has aircon. The space The address is 4/44 Parker Ave, Surf Beach. Unfortunately we cannot agree to requests for more than 7 guests. The living/dining area is accompanied by a modern kitchen with a full range of cooking equipment. The lounge area has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a wide range of DVDs suitable for children and adults. There is a family room with a ceiling fan, lounge, computer and children's toys. Sit back in the shade of the large umbrella on the deck and enjoy the BBQ entertainment area. There is a private walkway to Beach Rd for easy access to the beach and shops - approximately 500m away. One carspace is available in the attached LOCKABLE GARAGE . Shared OFF-STREET PARKING is available for one car and/or boat. NO other barbeques or outdoor cooking equipment. NO pets. NO party groups or Schoolies. 3 Bedrooms, 1 Family Room, 3 Bathrooms, 1 Garage & Laundry. All bookings incur a one-off cleaning fee and a security deposit is required. During the late Dec-Jan period bookings must be for a minimum of 5 days. Our hosts Aidan and Jacqui were quick to communicate answering any question that arose. Surf Beach holiday house was home to our crew of Electricians working on a solar project for 10 days. Aidan and Jacqui made us feel most welcome even extending our stay at last minute notice. We would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone visiting the coast. Calm and relaxing It is a well maintained property, situated in a calm and quiet street close to the beach. Feels like home The place has a very warm atmosphere to it - felt like we never left home. The location is good - just a few minutes walk and you're on the beach. It is close to the shops and other points of interest. The house is clean and well maintained, with spacious rooms. There are toys, DVDs, books, body boards and other stuff that you can use. I would definitely recommend this place as your 'home away from home'. Aidan and Jacqui are very helpful and easy to deal with. It's a pity that we didn't have the chance to meet but from our email and text messages, I am sure they are nice people.
