PLEASE NOTE: there is NO WIFI, The space 3 bedroom accommodation only blocks away from the CBD! The perfect location to walk to any of the Bathurst facilities or only minutes drive in the car. Small kitchen/dining, spacious lounge area with tv, laundry facilities, 3 very comfortable bedrooms, plenty of parking off street, or onstreet at the front door. There are some internal stairs, 2 down into the kitchen area. Split system air conditioning in loungeroom Fans in every room, and ducted gas heating throughout living and bedrooms. Leafy shade trees over the outdoor area with large grassed area and bbq facilities. All linen provided Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, fresh bread, fruit, as well as other pantry items are provided. Ideal for couples, friends, families, business trips and solo travellers. We can be flexible to your needs just ask! Please note there is no wi fi available.
