Comfortable 60 square meters, right in the middle of Tübingen's old town, and yet very quiet location, with wonderfully sunny free window front to the southeast - you cannot live more individually in Tübingen! Here, on the second floor of one of the oldest houses in Tübingen from the 14th century, there is an elaborately renovated and furnished apartment, 60 square meters, for up to four people. Everything for a successful stay in Tübingen, including a parking space in the nearby parking garage. The space This spacious three-room apartment, occupying an entire floor with its own entrance, has been renovated in keeping with the building's historic character, featuring solid, partly original wooden floorboards and beautifully restored lime plasterwork. The apartment is furnished with original, as well as modern, works of art and with attention to detail. It has two bedrooms, as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. In the living area, you can relax on comfortable leather furniture; in addition to cable TV, a DVD player, movies, and a small library are at your disposal. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Toaster, microwave, kettle, and Senseo coffee machine are also available. In two closets, on shelves, and in sideboards, you will find ample space for your wardrobe and luggage. In addition to free Wi-Fi, you can also connect your laptop to wired outlets in every room. In the bathroom, which has a corner bathtub and shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels are provided as a matter of course. The apartment also includes a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. If you are traveling by car, you can use our parking space in the nearby parking garage, just a two-minute walk away. Due to the steep staircase and the location on the second floor, this apartment is unfortunately not accessible by wheelchair and is also not suitable for people with mobility impairments. Due to the historic nature of the building and the valuable furnishings, we only rent to non-smokers, and unfortunately, we also cannot accommodate pets. NOTE: There are no adjoining rooms available for strollers or bicycles. Other things to note As of January 1, 2026, the City of Tübingen will levy an accommodation tax of €2 per guest per night.
