It is strategically located: ideal for visiting the Biennale and 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. It is located in the famous Castello district, a central but quiet area, inhabited by Venetians. Easy to reach for those arriving from the Station/Piazzale Roma, as well as for those arriving from the airport. In fact, it is 2 minutes from the Arsenale and Giardini (Biennale) water bus stops. The space The apartment is on the second floor, with only one flight of very comfortable stairs. The apartment is NOT suitable for people with mobility problems, reduced mobility, disabilities, or wheelchairs. The apartment consists of: 1) double bedroom, 2) bedroom with 2 single beds, 3) living room with a very comfortable double sofa bed 4) a large kitchen 5) bathroom. Equipped with air conditioning (only in summer according to Italian law), central heating system (period of ignition and temperature according to Italian law) and free WiFi. You will find: 1) a FIBER WIFI line 2) a 49'' TV 3) air conditioning in every room 4) Kitchen equipped with stove, kettle, Nespresso machine, moka pot, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN IS NOT ACCEPTED AFTER 7 pm. ANY ARRIVAL AFTER 7 pm, IF ACCEPTED BY THE HOST, has AN EXTRA COST OF €50 TO BE PAID IN CASH AT CHECK-IN. Upon arrival, the host will ask guests for their documents in order to register them on the local police website.
