However, if you need assistance with these items please reach out to us with plenty of advanced notice. We also discourage pets or service animals due to allergies and higher additional fees. Please inquire in advance. Guest access Entire house You can enjoy this four bedroom, 3 bathroom house, and three living-room areas for groups of 6, 8, or up to 10 guests. The number of guests must be accurate when making a reservation; otherwise, additional fines and strong penalties will apply at the discretion of the owners. Fees are quoted on rules of the house. Only paying guests can be at the property. Please don’t ask about early check-ins; quite often we can’t accommodate, but can easily work out a late check out if needed. Other things to note Planning ahead is always better. Please make sure you read check-in instructions before your arrival.
