The apartment is a bright three-room apartment made to live there, so you can experience this apartment really as a house, the spaces are spacious and well divided. The area is very quiet and residential, in fact there is everything you need nearby, from the supermarket to children's areas and areas for dogs, laundry and pharmacy. And in a few minutes' walk you can reach the city's major attractions, so the old town and the sea. The space The building is residential and very quiet. You can access the apartment that is on the second floor through the elevator or with the stairs, the entrance is very convenient for wheelchairs and strollers, since there are never steps. Entering the apartment you are in the entrance, open to the living area and on the left there is a sliding door that separates the sleeping area. From the living area and the two bedrooms you can access the larger terrace, which is absolutely to live, in fact there are a table, chairs and deck chairs if you want to sunbathe. From the living area you can also access a second smaller and isolated terrace. In each room there is air conditioning and heating that can be managed independently. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, oven, microwave, induction stove, coffee machine but also mocha, a wide selection of glasses and dishes for every need and of course everything you need to cook. There are two bathrooms, both with showers. The master bedroom is spacious and bright, with a closet to arrange everything you need. The second bedroom has two single beds and is also very bright. Each window is equipped with electric blinds that if closed completely allow total darkness for those who need it at night. We like to leave everything you need to start your stay at your best, so at your entrance you will find a supply of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen, if you want another one, just ask and we will take you to a small surcharge, salt, oil, sugar and waffles for the coffee machine, toilet paper, dish soap and cleaning, bath soap and body soap.
