The space The direct water location of the almost 300 m² property on a branch canal from the Great Sea is of course the highlight of this vacation home. After only about 200 m you can reach the Great Sea via the waterway. For the sailor, we have a sail-ready dinghy (Dehler "Pfeil" plug-in sword) with mainsail and jib on our own jetty. A paddle boat (about 3.00 x 1.30 m) can be boarded by the little sailors. A two-person canoe is also clearly in the water. The living/dining area is attached to the open kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking. At the large dining table, four people and a baby will find enough space. The first bathroom is on the ground floor. Shower, toilet and sink with base cabinet - everything is available. The towel warmer provides warm towels on cold days. From the hallway on the upper floor there are two bedrooms, the boiler room and another bathroom. The stairs are protected there with a stair blind. In the large bedroom, which looks airy due to its visible beams, there is a comfortable box spring bed. The very spacious wardrobe was installed precisely by the master carpenter. Of course, there is also a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table and a dresser. There is also a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player. A third bedroom with a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and flat-screen TV is on the ground floor. The second bathroom upstairs also has a shower, toilet and sink with a cabinet. Of course, a towel warmer was also thought of here. In addition to the two terraces by the house, which are located in front of the large, light-spoiled window elements, a cozy relaxation corner with a beach chair was prepared right on the water. This "retreat corner" invites you to linger. The house is at the end of a dead end road - so this area is particularly quiet. Access to the vacation home is via a separate entrance. Dishes and cutlery are also sufficiently available at maximum occupancy. The cottage was massively built by the East Frisian master company (built in 2019). For your safety, smoke detectors are provided all around. A first aid kit and a fire blanket are immediate helpers in an emergency. There are also two branded life jackets for toddlers (10-20 kg and 30-40 kg) on site. The entire ground floor is equipped with wood-look tiles. Upstairs, barefoot-friendly vinyl in a wood look was used in the bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom is again tiled. The entire house is heated with underfloor heating, which can of course be adjusted separately for each room. Almost without exception, LED ceiling spots are installed. The "Great Sea" is East Frisia's largest inland lake. With its sandy beach, as well as its child-friendly water depth of about one meter throughout, it is not only a popular swimming lake for locals, but also offers ideal conditions for swimming, surfing, paddling, sailing, pedal boating but also for fishing. Beautiful destinations, the North Sea and the cities of Aurich, Emden and Norden can be reached quickly. The vacation home uses green electricity. The power supply is 100% renewable energy.
