The space Villa Chalet Benidorm has 7 bedrooms with 17 beds in total (14 single beds plus 3 double beds) and 3 bathrooms, including one en-suite. Kitchen and eating utensils as well as bed sheets and towels are all provided. A limited amount of toiletries are provided too. There's a small convenience shop 2 min walk and a large supermarket 15 min walk. 50'' Smart TV with apps for English-language channels. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible (see below). If in doubt, please ask. There is a separate area adjacent to the villa which is fenced off and not included in the rent. There is no access to this area. The available building space is over 250 sqm (2700 sqft) and the plot is 800 sqm (8500 sqft). Other things to note Air conditioning is available at no additional cost 24 hours a day. In winter the same units can be used to heat most areas of the house, but please note there is not individual heating to each room (rarely needed in Benidorm!). We need 5 hours to clean such a large house for the next guests, hence the 5pm check-in. Earlier check-in might be possible on certain dates if the house is not booked the night before which is common in low and mid seasons, or if you wish to guarantee this by blocking bookings upon payment of a fee at half the previous night's rate... if you require this service, please note you must enquire before booking.
