The space This charming apartment with plenty of panache is located near the old town of Cascais. It is a two minute walk to the central square where you have restaurants & bars of every variety. You have on your doorstep the market with all its food halls and several excellent restaurants too. The bus, train station and a shopping mall can be reached in two minutes flat so no need for a car. The supermarket is located just 50m away but you can get all the fresh produce like bread, fruit, veg, cheese, fish/meat & lots more from the market just across the road. A deep, wrap around balcony (with a glimpse of the sea between buildings) offers both a sunny or shady spot at every moment of the day. It is beautifully furnished with a dining and lounging area for up to 4 people. It faces south and therefore allows plenty of lovely natural light into the apartment. The main bedroom has a double bed of 160cm and the living room a sofa bed of 130cm which may not comfortabley accommodate two adults. Please enquire about additional folding bed. A fully equipped kitchen for four makes it a pleasure to have meals at home and sit out and enjoy them on the kitchen patio whilst appreciating the open views over the rooftops and beyond, towards the bay of Cascais. Heating is supplied for the cooler months. Between July 1 - September 10 we require a Saturday to Saturday stay Guest access Check-in Times: We offer a meet and greet service from 16:00 till 20:00. Early Check-in: Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. The price varies depending on the hour of check-in. Late Check-in Fees: - From 20:00 to 23:00 – €30.00 - After 23:00 – €60.00 Other things to note Pre-Arrival Form All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before their stay. Tourist Tax A local Tourist Tax applies to all reservations regardless of nationality. This tax is charged separately from your accommodation cost and must be paid before your check-in date. The current rate is €4.00 per person per night, with a maximum charge of €28.00 per person. Children under 13 are exempt. You will receive an invoice for this tax in advance. This tax is mandatory and helps support local infrastructure and tourism services, as required by law. Accommodation Details All our properties are self-catering. However, we provide: - All beds made with fresh linen and towels - Basic amenities such as toilet paper and soap (for the first 1–2 days) - If you need additional sets of linen or wish to hire baby or beach equipment, we offer a wide range of amenities. Feel free to ask us for more information, or check your guest area once you’ve booked. Additional Services - Airport transfers and day trips (including baby seats if needed) can be arranged—please contact us in advance. House Rules - No parties or loud music are allowed. Action will be taken if there are complaints about noise. - Quiet hours are legally enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise (TV, phone calls, etc.) to a minimum during this time. - No additional guests are permitted without express permission from the management agency. - No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.
