Holiday by the lake!

1 bedroom apartment, recently renovated, only 5 minutes from the lake. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a big couch that can be turned into a bed. The apartment is quiet and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. Small kitchenette with stove, fridge microwave, kettle and coffee machine....free tea and coffee is available for guests. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can reach Munich within 45 minutes. The space 1 bedroom top floor apartment that consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a couch that converts into a bed. 1 big bathroom with bathtub . Balcony with beautiful view. 2 parking spaces in front of the house that can be used by guests. Recently renovated kitchenette with stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, pots, dishes, cutlery etc. I also offer free wifi and the use of a 40" TV with an Xbox One for playing games or DVDs. Bedding and towels are being provided. The surrounding areas are beautiful...from lake to the Alpes..and waiting to be explored. Brochures with tips of what to do in the surrounding area are being provided. Guest access The whole apartment Other things to note Taking a shower is possible on bathtub seat (see picture). The ceiling is too low to stand. There is a bike shed in front of the house that can be used but unfortunately I can't promise that there will be enough space available for your bike as it is used by others who live in the house and it can get quite full.
