Amazing sea view modern apartment Port de la Houle

Recently renovated, our apartment "Port de la Houle" (80m2) located on the 2nd floor of a typical building of Cancale at Port de la Houle offers high standing accommodation services. It is very suitable for families and small groups of friends, looking for an exceptional sea view journey (2 windows with sea view) in a cozy and modern apartment. The space The apartment has 3 separated bedrooms and sleeping space; one bathroom and separated toilets. The kitchen is entirely equipped (fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.) and a washing machine is provided. All the furnitures of the apartment are brand new PLUS: there is a reserved parking space for our guests! Other things to note - We kindly ask you to provide the exact number of travellers as we must charge a supplement (10€/pers/night) for reservations with more than 4 persons. - We kindly ask you to inform us prior your arrival if you have any family pets (dogs/cats) as we charge 60euros/animal. If we find any traces (hair etc.) of animals in the apartment without being informed, we will ask you the additional cost of 150 euros. - If you are a group of numerous travellers, do not hesitate to go to our 'Host" page where you will find our two other apartments, both with sea view, located in the Rimains neighbourhood
