Luxury Villa "La PERLA" with swimming pool, hammam

A peaceful haven, it leans against the Kasbah and Medina fortifications. The villa is located at 200 meters, as the crow flies, from the sea and 5 minutes walking distance to down town. It Provides a direct access by car, with a private garage. The views of Spain across the Gibraltar strait, the fishing port and above all the views of Tangier's bay and it's city are breathtaking... The space The villa accommodates 8 to 10 persons and provides the following facilities : - 1 living room with two large fireplaces and glass bay windows overlooking the garden and pool. - 1 dinning room for 8, a library and a family room. - 1 office. -1 hammam Beldi with built-in music system. - 1 Ottoman relaxation room. - 1 Grand terrace on the 1st storey with views on the garden, pool and sea. The Terrace is equipped for outdoor meals, for a capacity of 18 persons. - 1 Master suite with Emperor sized bed and AC. - 2 large bedrooms with King sized beds AC and TV. - 2 twin bedrooms with one bed room equipped with AC. - 4 Bath rooms. - 1 panoramic TV room. - 1 Open-roofed terrace with a panoramic view and a sheltered sitting room. - 1 Garage. Guest access he staff has its own independent kitchen. All the rest of the Villa is accessible to guests. Other things to note Events and celebrations are not allowed in the Villa. During July and August the rental period can't be less than 14 days and the corresponding price must be equal at minimum 8 personnes. Children between 2 and 10 years of age are not recommended given the unsupervised swimming pool, stairs, very fragile garden plantations as well as the fragile and very expensive wall decoration. If few a solution with babysitter can then be considered.
