The ground floor consists of entrance hall, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with satellite TV. One flight of stairs leads up from the hall to the first (top) floor with 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. Two of the bedrooms open onto balconies which are an ideal place for enjoying a morning coffee or tea in private, before putting on your swimsuit and jumping into the pool. The third bedroom is twin but can be made as a double for three couples staying at the villa. Outside dining area with BBQ is a perfect spot to enjoy evening meals in the tranquil area around the estate. Villa Hedera VII sleeps 6 Other things to note *The pool water quality is regularly checked and the pool is cleaned every three days by our technicians to ensure the water is always clear and safe for use. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
