La Poudreuse is a magnificent duplex of 94 m² entirely renovated in 2020, located in the heart of the Val d'Arly, a village-resort with the appearance of a small mountain town which has a real heart of a lively and exciting village where the mountain dwellers and the visitors mix with pleasure. Ideal for a stay in summer as in winter, you will enjoy a spacious living room, a modern and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the mountain. The space Ground floor: - Bright living space thanks to its beautiful openings including a large bay window giving access to the balcony, furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, buffet and flat screen TV. - Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine, raclette machine, dishes and cutlery... - Master bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), small table and 2 seats. - Modern bathroom with bath and washing machine. On the upper floor : - Room 2 spacious fitted with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), a single bed as well as 2 chairs and storage. - Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. - Second bathroom with bathtub and storage space. Outside : - The nice balcony with a table, a parasol, 2 chairs and a bench, offers you a breathtaking view on the village, the vegetation and the mountain. - Closed garage for one car - Ski lockers Ski slopes : Free shuttles in season to the ski slopes located 3 km away "Les Evettes". Other things to note - The apartment is located on the second floor without elevator. - You will be welcomed by the concierge of the Summits. - Sheets and towels not provided. You can order sheets before your arrival from our partner on site: bed 90: 15€, bed 140/160 20€, bed 180/200: 25€, bath kit (bath sheet + towel): 7€, bath mat 2.50€. - The ski slopes are 2 km away, a free shuttle brings you there in season - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
