Duplex 100 meters from the sea. Northern Lanzarote.

Located in the fishing village of Punta Mujeres, in the north of Lanzarote, just 100 meters from the sea, this modern and functional duplex with certain rustic touches is an ideal accommodation for both families and couples looking for a place away from the tourist masses and in contact with the local population. The house offers comfort and accessibility to the entire northern part of the island, the most rural and authentic. The space The duplex has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m) and the other with two single beds (90cm). Both have closets or spaces to store clothes and other belongings. The small room has a workspace with a table and a swivel chair. The large room also has a small balcony. On the ground floor there is another half-open, half-closed room in which there is a double sofa bed, so it could accommodate up to six people. There is also a table with two benches, which offers an ideal space to eat. Hammocks can be installed in the outdoor space to enjoy the air and sun inside the house. Both spaces can be separated, and thus close the open part, by means of a roller blind. There's a small terrace at the entrance with plants, a small table, and two chairs. The kitchen has everything you need: ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer. Also plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pans, pots, coffee makers (Italian and electric), water heater, toaster, blender, microwave... In addition to the basics for cooking: oil, vinegar, spices... The basic products for breakfast are also provided, at least the first day, and a bottle of mineral water. The living room has a 32'' flat screen TV with Netflix and Movistar digital TV, a DVD player, several board games and books in several languages, as well as some DVD movies and a CD with a variety of music. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, with no shower tray. It has natural ventilation (window) and towels, shower and hand towels are provided, one of each per guest, toilet paper, gel, shampoo and conditioner... There is also a hairdryer and two bathrobes available in the master bedroom closet. In the bathroom, there is also a small first-aid kit to deal with any minor emergencies that I hope my guests will never need. Guest access The entire house will be available to guests and only to them. Other things to note Minimum stay of four days in low season and one week in high season. A €15 surcharge applies per additional person per day from the fourth guest onwards. If needed, a crib can be installed in any of the rooms, and a protective fence for children on the stairs. There is also a bathtub and high chair for babies. Check-in and check-out times can be arranged according to the availability of the house, always trying to accommodate the traveler's comfort. Although normal check-out time will be 11 am. Anything that is not accessible must be respected as the host's belongings.
