Five individually designed bedrooms and four comfortable bathrooms ensure privacy and relaxation – perfect for families or larger groups. The light-flooded living area with an open kitchen is both stylish and functional. Here, minimalist architecture meets warm colour accents and natural materials, creating a particularly homely atmosphere. A highlight of the villa is the large, private outdoor area with a 40 m² pool, sun loungers, lounge furniture, a shady Hollywood swing, and a covered summer kitchen with a grill. Whether relaxed hours by the pool, shared evenings on the terrace, or fun and games in the in-house leisure room with billiards and darts – everyone gets their money's worth here. For wellness enthusiasts, a sauna is available - its use is optional and involves an additional charge (bookable daily or weekly). The house also leaves no technical wishes unfulfilled: Wlan, satellite Tv in every bedroom, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher are available.
